Associate

Description

Join Artelo as an Associate at the Recruit level and learn how we turn artwork into finished products. No previous experience is required. We'll train you in areas such as order processing, printing, cutting, sorting, framing, and packing. You'll start where the team needs you most, with opportunities to learn new skills, work across different areas, and earn more responsibility. You're joining a rapidly growing company with an opportunity to leave your mark. We have both full-time positions and seasonal positions for the holiday season.

Responsibilities

• Pick customer orders from shelves and prepare them for packaging.
• Package customer orders along a production line.
• View prompts on screens and follow directions for some tasks.
• Use scanners to read bar codes on products.
• Ensure products meet quality requirements.
• Some roles offer the opportunity to learn to operate powered industrial trucks, such as forklifts, reach trucks, and order pickers. Equipment training and certification are provided free of cost.
• Troubleshoot problems.

Requirements

• Understand and follow instructions in English.
• Adhere to strict attendance requirements and expectations.
• Push utility carts up to 60 pounds.
• Stand, walk, push, pull, squat, bend, and reach during shifts.
• Adhere to strict safety, quality, and fulfillment production standards.
• Schedules consist of either four 10-hour shifts or five 8-hour shifts per week.
