Print Production Specialist

Description

Help turn artwork into high-quality prints at Artelo. You'll operate wide-format printers, manage print production, and keep our equipment and output at their best. We're a fast-growing company looking for people to grow with us. Artelo operates one of the most advanced printing facilities in the US with a ton of custom workflows you will master.

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor Epson and Canon wide-format printers.
• Load and unload paper, canvas, ink, and completed print jobs.
• Manage print queues and jobs through our RIP software and custom workflows.
• Perform routine cleaning and preventive maintenance.
• Troubleshoot printer, software, and print-quality issues.
• Inspect output for color, alignment, damage, and other defects.
• Keep printers, supplies, and the printing area clean and organized.

Requirements

• You must like art!
• Experience operating wide-format printers.
• Experience with RIP or print-production software.
• Basic printer maintenance and troubleshooting experience.
• Comfortable working with computers and production software.
• Excellent attention to detail and print quality.
• Reliable, organized, and able to work independently.
• Willingness to learn new equipment and processes.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of color management, ICC profiles, or printer calibration.
• Experience in commercial printing, print-on-demand, or manufacturing.
