Art print terms
Who you are buying from
Artelo prints, frames, and ships the art print you order. These terms apply to prints ordered through Artelo's app in AI assistants such as ChatGPT.
Your artwork
You confirm that you own the image you upload or have permission to have it printed, and that printing it does not break any law or anyone else's rights. You allow Artelo to store and reproduce the image only to produce and deliver your order. We may cancel and refund an order whose image we cannot lawfully print.
Print quality
We print your image as you provide it, cropped to fill the size you choose. Colors on paper can differ from colors on a screen. If we told you the image may look soft at the size you picked, you accept that softness is not a defect.
No returns
Every print is made to order, so we do not accept returns or exchanges, and an order cannot be changed once it is in production.
Defective prints
If your print has a defect caused by our printing or framing, email support@artelo.com within 15 business days of receiving it, with your order number and photos. Once we confirm the defect we may reprint or replace the print or refund what you paid for it, at our discretion.
Damage or loss in transit
If a tracked shipment is lost or arrives damaged in transit, report it to the carrier within the carrier's claim window. Damage or loss caused by the carrier is not a reason for a return or refund from Artelo unless the law where you live requires otherwise.
Shipping and import charges
We ship to the countries offered at checkout. Delivery dates are estimates and are not guaranteed. Orders shipped outside the United States may be charged import duties and taxes on delivery; these are set by the destination country, are not included in your total, and are yours to pay.
Payment
You pay in full at checkout, in US dollars. The total shown before you pay includes the print, shipping, and any tax we collect.
